VESSEL-9 is the first instantiated Host.
It is a reversible soft object built around two readable states: Host and Substrate. The inversion is not presented as mood or character change, but as a shift in ontological framing: outward-facing interface on one side, reduced boundary state on the other.
VESSEL-9 is designed to be held, rotated, scanned, and re-encountered. The object remains unchanged. Its associated identity layer may evolve over time.

HEIGHT (UPRIGHT): 12–14 cm
WEIGHT TARGET: 180–260 g

HOST MARK
The glyph denotes: absence of visible interior, presence of boundary, containment without disclosure.
+----------------+
| ∅ (HOST MARK) |
+----------------+
The mark identifies the container. It does not reveal the contents.

IDENTITY RELAY
An embedded NFC tag resolves to the instance endpoint for this Host.
The scan does not open the object. It points to its external record.

EXTENDED INSTRUMENTS
Some Host instances may also be readable through the Protocol layer: a limited observational interface for recording boundary behaviour over time.
---//---
OWNERSHIP
To own VESSEL-9 is to hold a sealed Host instance and its associated relay. The object is tactile and present; the identity remains external.
